01Service lines

Five programmes, run as separate disciplines

Each line has its own trained crew, its own consumables and its own place on the service calendar. You can take one or all five on a single contract and a single invoice.

Not sure what you need?

Most sites start with disposal units and drain treatment.

Those two together resolve the majority of washroom complaints. Fragrance and screens are what you add once the source problems are handled.

02How we operate

The four things facilities managers actually complain about

Nobody switches hygiene vendors over cleaning quality. They switch over missed visits, missing paperwork, unfamiliar crews and quotes that take a fortnight. Those are the four things this business was built around.

01

Fixed service calendar

Every site gets a dated visit calendar for the full contract term at signing. Technicians arrive within the published window, and any change is notified before the visit — not explained after it.

02

Documented waste chain

Sanitary and hygiene waste is collected in sealed liners, weighed at handover and consigned to a Karnataka State Pollution Control Board authorised processor. You receive the consignment record with the visit report.

03

Directly employed technicians

No labour-contract sublet. Technicians are on our payroll, police-verified, uniformed, vaccinated and trained on the single service line they run — the drain crew is not the vending crew.

04

Quote in one working day

Send washroom count, cubicle count and site type. You get an itemised per-unit, per-visit price the same or next working day — no mandatory site visit before you see a number.

03Onboarding

From first call to first service visit, typically 10 working days

No part of this is unusual — it is simply written down, which is more than most contracts start with.

Hygiene technician servicing a commercial washroom
  1. 01

    Site survey

A supervisor walks every washroom, counts cubicles, urinals and basins, checks drain runs and photographs mounting points. Takes 45–90 minutes for a typical floor plate.

  2. 02

    Scope & pricing

You get a per-unit, per-visit schedule of rates, a recommended service frequency per washroom, and the consumables list — line by line, with nothing bundled into an opaque monthly figure.

  3. 03

    Installation

Units are wall-mounted, commissioned and tagged with a QR asset code. Installation is done outside working hours where the site requires it, at no additional charge.

  4. 04

    Scheduled service

Technicians work to the published calendar: exchange, sanitise, restock, dose and inspect. Each visit is logged against the asset tag, with photographs on exception.

  5. 05

    Reporting & review

A monthly report covers visits completed, consumables issued, waste consigned and faults raised. A quarterly review with your facilities lead adjusts frequency where usage data justifies it.

From sites that switched

The previous vendor missed two consecutive service visits and we only found out from a housekeeping complaint. Elite send the schedule at the start of the month and a message on the morning of each visit. In fourteen months we have had one reschedule, notified two days ahead.

Our internal audit asked for twelve months of sanitary waste consignment records. It took one email. Previously that would have been a month of chasing a vendor for paperwork that did not exist.

We had a persistent drain smell on two floors that no amount of air freshener fixed. Their team traced it to a dry trap and a fat build-up in a single stack, dosed it over six weeks, and it has not returned.

07Questions

The things people ask before signing

If yours isn't here, the answer is usually one phone call.

How is the price calculated?

Per unit, per visit. The two numbers that drive it are how many units you need installed and how often they are serviced. Site type matters at the margin — a factory washroom on three shifts is loaded very differently from a two-person office — but you do not need a site visit to get an accurate number. Send washroom and cubicle counts and we will quote from those.

What is the minimum contract length?

Twelve months for installed hardware, because the dispensers, vending machines and disposal units are supplied and maintained at our cost rather than sold to you. Drain treatment and fragrance programmes are available on rolling three-month terms.

Who owns the equipment?

We do. Installation, servicing, spare parts and replacement of faulty units are included in the visit price. There is no capital purchase, and nothing to write down. At contract end we remove the units and make good the mounting points.

What happens to the collected waste?

Sanitary waste is sealed in liners at the point of exchange, transported in a closed vehicle and consigned to a Karnataka State Pollution Control Board authorised processor. You receive the consignment record with the visit report, which is the document an auditor will ask for.

How quickly do you respond to a fault?

Within 24 hours of a fault being raised on a contracted site, and same-day for anything classed as a hygiene failure — an overflowing unit, a blocked drain, or a vending machine empty in a student washroom. Contracted sites get a 24×7 escalation number.

Send two numbers. Get a price back in one working day.

Washroom count and cubicle count are enough for an itemised quote. No mandatory site visit before you see a figure, and no sales call you didn't ask for.
