Every unit on this page is installed, serviced, repaired and replaced as part of the service price. There is no capital purchase, no asset on your register and nothing to depreciate.
Why we don't sell you the hardware
It is a deliberate choice, and it changes the incentives for both sides.
If you buy a dispenser, a failure becomes your problem and our upsell. If we own it, a failure is a cost we carry — which is a strong reason for us to specify hardware that survives a factory washroom rather than hardware with the best margin.
It also keeps your side simple. There is no capital approval to chase, no asset to depreciate, no spare-parts inventory and no argument about whether a broken sensor is a warranty claim or wear and tear. If it stops working, we replace it.
