Before starting this company we spent years inside facilities teams and hygiene suppliers, and the pattern was consistent. Nobody terminated a hygiene contract because a unit was not wiped properly. They terminated because two visits were missed in a row and nobody called; because compliance asked for twelve months of disposal records and the vendor could produce four; because a different crew turned up every month and had to be re-inducted to site each time.
Those are operational failures, not cleaning failures, and they are all fixable with boring discipline — a published calendar, a documented waste chain, a payroll rather than a labour sublet, and a quote process that does not hold the customer hostage to a site visit.
So that is the business. The cleaning is the easy part, and every serious competitor does it adequately. What we compete on is everything that happens around it.
