Washroom and facility hygiene programmes, priced per unit and per visit
Five service lines, each with its own trained crew and its own place on the calendar. Take one or take all five — it is one contract, one schedule and one invoice either way.
What is in every contract, regardless of which lines you take
These are not upsells. If a hygiene quote is materially cheaper than ours, it is usually because one or more of these has been left out of the scope.
- Equipment supply
- Units are supplied under the contract, not sold. No capital cost, nothing on your asset register.
- Installation & commissioning
- Wall mounting, commissioning and QR asset tagging, done outside working hours where the site requires it.
- Scheduled service visits
- A dated calendar for the full contract term, issued at signing. Changes notified before the visit.
- Consumables
- Liners, sachets, cartridges, enzyme charge and screens included at the agreed frequency.
- Fault cover
- Sensor failures, battery replacement, jams, damage and vandalism replaced within 24 hours at no extra charge.
- Waste consignment
- Sealed transfer to a KSPCB-authorised processor, with the consignment record delivered to you.
- Monthly reporting
- Visits completed, consumables issued, waste consigned, faults raised — per site and per washroom.
- Quarterly review
- Frequency adjusted against measured exchange weights and consumable draw-down, not guesswork.
How a hygiene contract is actually priced
Two numbers drive the figure: how many units you need, and how often they are serviced. Everything else is a rounding adjustment.
Unit count comes from your cubicle, urinal and basin counts — one disposal unit per female cubicle, one screen per urinal, dispensers sized to room volume. Frequency comes from loading: a two-person office washroom and a 400-person third-shift factory washroom sit at opposite ends of the same rate card.
We quote a per-unit, per-visit schedule of rates rather than a monthly lump sum, so you can see exactly what a change in frequency or an extra floor would cost before you agree to it. That also means the invoice reconciles against the service report line by line, which is what makes internal audit straightforward.
Installed hardware sits on a twelve-month minimum term because we carry the cost of the equipment. Drain treatment and fragrance programmes run on rolling three-month terms and can be added to an existing contract mid-term.
What we need from you
- Number of washrooms, and cubicles / urinals in each
- Site type and approximate daily headcount
- Which service lines you are considering
- Any existing contract end date
How a new site goes live
- 01
Site survey
A supervisor walks every washroom, counts cubicles, urinals and basins, checks drain runs and photographs mounting points. Takes 45–90 minutes for a typical floor plate.
- 02
Scope & pricing
You get a per-unit, per-visit schedule of rates, a recommended service frequency per washroom, and the consumables list — line by line, with nothing bundled into an opaque monthly figure.
- 03
Installation
Units are wall-mounted, commissioned and tagged with a QR asset code. Installation is done outside working hours where the site requires it, at no additional charge.
- 04
Scheduled service
Technicians work to the published calendar: exchange, sanitise, restock, dose and inspect. Each visit is logged against the asset tag, with photographs on exception.
- 05
Reporting & review
A monthly report covers visits completed, consumables issued, waste consigned and faults raised. A quarterly review with your facilities lead adjusts frequency where usage data justifies it.
Send two numbers. Get a price back in one working day.
Washroom count and cubicle count are enough for an itemised quote. No mandatory site visit before you see a figure, and no sales call you didn't ask for.
